Service Terms

  • WorkProof TX is a record-keeping assistance tool only.
  • WorkProof TX does not provide legal advice.
  • WorkProof TX does not guarantee TWC compliance outcomes.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all entries you submit.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to other user data or internal systems.
  • Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or intentionally harmful content.

Availability and Updates

We work to keep WorkProof TX available and secure, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may update, improve, or retire features as needed.

Paid Plans

Paid plan pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout. Subscription charges, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the payment provider.

Vendor Processors (v1)

  • Supabase Inc. (database, authentication, storage)
  • Vercel Inc. (hosting, CDN)
  • No other subprocessors are used in v1.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms over time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
